So very buggy lately.

Within the last couple of weeks, my game has become the buggiest it has ever been. I haven't been able to play the piñata parties at all— it always shows the “replay” button, even though I haven't played in two weeks. There is no ability to earn arena gauntlets or penny's pursuit energy. There are frequent freezes. Oh, and when I went to the “help” button, it sent me to a 404 - not found.

I'm not sure if EA is abandoning this game as they get ready to launch 3, or if they just haven't gotten around to fixing the code.

  • Agreed. It’s been almost a fortnight now without being able to play the daily piñata & watch adverts to gain much-needed gems, coins & Arena plays (which has led to my relegation from the Jade League). You would think a fortnight would be more than ample time for such a huge company to sort out the bugs with this game. I remember reading a response from a member of the EA Team stating that they were aware of the situation, & were working to sort it out… again, it’s been almost two weeks! However, what’s really antagonised me is the fact that I have been unable to contact the support, as there is a compulsory box named ‘Console’ that needs to be filled in, but whatever you type in is not accepted, & there is no drop-down menu giving you options (see attachment). Hence, with no other way of contacting EA available, I have been affectively stonewalled! It’s simply not good enough.
