I tried to write to support, but they don’t know how to respond with other templates. Just sharing with a link that doesn't help me.

Hi @DN221337 To confirm when you reinstall the game, once you sign into the connected account you used to back up your progress it should show you the account it has saved (for iOS, Android, etc) do you see this?
To be honest, I didn't understand what you wrote.

Press the spanner in the game and then go to the help section and fill out the form.you will also need your player I D which you will find in download preferences , it’s the only way to get back your progress. It creates a case for you and EA will reply to you via email
The funny thing is that I did as you wrote, but the email support sent only one message. It reads "We wanted to know how satisfactory our support center's response to your last request was." although no response was sent. And what to do?
- Lambsy653 years agoSeasoned Ace@DN221337 Did it create a case.? Summit the form again and supply screenshots of of your I D and the a screenshot showing that you have lost all your coins gems etc.
Where exactly should the answer come? The only thing that was sent to the email was that how satisfactory the answer was, but the answer did not come to the mail. There is an application on the site, on which I click, an application opens in which it says that the player is waiting, but there is no one to answer, just resume or close the application, if you click to resume, then the form will simply open, where can I find the answer that was sent to me?
