Restoring Purchases not working

I started playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 again today. I decided to create a new save to start from scratch, but using the same account I've always used. I've started from scratch before, and each time I received the paid plants I had bought since my first account, and the message "Restoring Purchases" would appear and load. In those cases, the plant that the game was restoring would always appear and be added to my account, since I had already bought it previously. But this time, for some reason, only one of the plants returned to my account out of nowhere. The message keeps appearing every time, but nothing happens. I'm sending this message to see if anyone knows how to solve this or if any staff member can help me, because the ticket I sent before was answered by a bot that only sent me a link with generic information. I would like to have the plants I bought on my current account, or at least for the message to stop appearing. I've already contacted support via live chat twice, and the conclusion was that I should create a forum discussion.
