Still lock after Buying a plant

I just bought plants using FPX payment, but my plants are still locks Please help me, I bought a Sparta plant and after I tried to relog and reset everything, the purchase is still locked. 

Id player : idk but this my email [edit: email address removed] i users play on plants vs Zombie 2 pls help me
