The arena keeps crashing and has yet to be fixed!

The game crashed while I was playing Arena. Before the crash, my score had surpassed my opponent's, and then the app shutdown. When I reopened the game, all my rewards, records, and EARN were gone.
HOW CAN YOU COMPENSATE ME ?
