Unable to start a new case in PvZ2

I am tearing my hair out trying to get my missing progress back.  When I go to "My cases" and "Start a new case", it sends me back to the home page.

If I click on my problem in PvZ2, I just get an article (which is no help).  There is no option to chat or

I have been playing PvZ2 for years andI would appreciate any help I can get.  Thanks.
