Volt snapdragon bug
Hello,I am writing to report a missing reward bug in Plants vs. Zombies 2 during the Volt Snapdragon Season.I successfully reached the 500-point milestone in the Arena tournament, which was supposed to award me the Volt Snapdragon plant. However, right as the match finished, my mobile device suddenly ran out of battery and shutdown.When I recharged my phone, it shows that I had 503 arena points if u remembered it right which happened weeks ago. Now my points are registered at 595 points. However, the rewards from the 500-point milestone were never credited to my inventory. My current seed count for Volt Snapdragon is only at 170/250, meaning the milestone reward was completely skipped due to the crash.I have attached a screenshot of my current Arena progress bar showing that I have passed the milestone but lack the seeds to unlock the plant. Could you please manually credit the missing Volt Snapdragon rewards to my account profile?Thank you for your time and assistance.
