Yes. I bought a new phone and the first time I downloaded game from Google play store before syncing my player ID it worked. This is obviously linked to my player ID. So yes it's still there "unable to make purchase" 😠.
Sorry, didn't see these before because stopped playing the game. It just made me upset and dissapointed when it continued and continued though I asked for help from support 😔
And now there's no update available so problems are continuing 😢
If you have any possibility to make tech help please contact them, this has been going on for a long time. - @Golvmoppen What country are you in? Perhaps your country is under sanctions.
At least there are also such reasons for problems with purchases. - @sergeyturbay
No , I'm in Finland. No sanctions here and it worked before I synced my data. @GolvmoppenOK. Here is my case:
I live in Ukraine. The regional language on my phone was Russian, because I communicate in it. Shopping in the store did not work until I changed the regional language on the phone to Ukrainian.
This is how sanctions work 😳
