Hi there, @Cash03111.
An EA account is created when you first play one of our games. Are you absolutely sure you're using the right email address of your EA account? That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. That will lock you out for about 90 minutes.
I changed my gamertag from Cash0311YT to Cash0311. Though Xbox for some reason made it Cash03114461

Did this problem start occurring after you changed your gamertag?
Most likely

There is no Xbox gamertag on the account you're posting with. That would mean you have 2 different EA accounts. Your gamertag would be linked to a different one. Have you tried logging in with all of your known email addresses? Also, you should try going to www.origin.com and resetting your password. That may help with this.
I made this account so I could get help on this issue. It does not ask for me to login.

Do you have access to the email on the other EA account that your gamertag is linked to? If so, you should be able to verify ownership and log in at www.origin.com to update the password. Try that and let me know if it helps. Yeah. It’s the email I used to make this account.

You can't have the same EA account with 2 different email addresses. The account your gamertag is on, is using a different email address. That's the one you need to sign in with and try resetting the password.
It is the same email. I don’t know what else to say. I logged in to Microsoft with the same email that I received your reply from. I just checked.
