I'm owning the deluxe edition of the game Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. Since of that(without any logical reason), i am unable to use at the latest GW2 upgrade- After Party, which contains, among others, the New Citron shield.I'm requesting from Popcap to make the upgrade to be included in the deluxe bundle of the game, too.And for this forum, i would like to ask: Is there anyone else who's having this problem too?(My platform: Sony PS4).

I will try to explain myself better- i know that i should buy the dlc in order to use it. The problem by my side isn't the money, however it is the fact from my previously experience that each dlc that i bought for thia game, began with the Festive Upgrade-hadn't appeared in the game itself.

Deluxe edition doesn't give after party upgrade for free. You have to buy it for $10.

Deluxe edition doesn't give after party upgrade for free. You have to buy it for $10.

I own the deluxe edition also I purchased the after party upgrade from psn and didnt receive anything even though it says I own it. I also contacted SONY and they did refund my money and I purchesed the dlc again thinking it may have been a glitch but didn't get anything again, hope they fix this I would really appreciate the content I paid for!

Thank you, its really sucks that i cannot enjoy GW2 dlcs☹️ Its seems like this problem accour only with the deluxe edition of the game on ps4 (Because Zackscott which playes on pc and zero on xbox one- they both own the deluxe edition and haven't this problem.

I'm sorry to hear about that, would you mind trying to contact our support on this as they may be able to dig into this further. Before doing so I would advise you to try and restoring your licences:

Select  (Settings) > [PlayStation Network/Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]. This can help you should there be issues with content downloaded from the store.

Check if there is any additional content that can be downloaded on the store itself. Select  (PlayStation Store) from the content area, search for Garden Warfare 2 and you should have a download option for the "After Pary DLC" instead of a purchase option.

You can also check if there is any additional content that should be downloaded in your library:

  (Library) > [Purchased] in the content area.

Once you've done those steps I would advise you to get in touch with our support on help.ea.com or by clicking here.
