All my progress has been deleted.

Hello EA games. 

I am here to inform you that I have unfortunately met face to face with some sort of "bug" or "glitch".

I was playing the game on my mobile device (Android) and I was about to start the pool level when all my progress suddenly was erased and I was back at point one. Please fix this issue , I am not going to work my way up to that level again. If this issue is not fixed I will unfortunately have to delete the game.

    I am facing the same problem and have found other people going through the same situation.

    Same with here too! I was flabbergasted when I saw my progress got erased, thought I misclicked something.

    The dev team should help us.
