All purchased characters gone
All my characters have disappeared apart from the originals. Many high level characters and purchased characters all gone on both mine and another family members profile. How do i get this fixed?

Your progress is saved on EA's servers meaning nothing is saved locally on your console, so it's not gone. There's might be an issue going on with your console. In that case, I'd try restarting it, checking your internet connection for outages, and looking around to see if anyone else is reporting on EA's servers being down with Garden Warfare 2.
