Anticheat closes PVZ GW2 after playing for a short time

I recently got the game on my computer through steam after loosing the ability to play on my old x-box and cant play the game for more than roughly 5 minutes at a time. Whenever I load the game it runs fine for around 5 minutes, but eventually gives me the message saying "EA Javelin anticheat has detected an unacceptable configuration. Please ensure no cheat-related or tampering software is active and restart the game". I have tried uninstalling any software I thought could be causing this, as well as updating drivers, reinstalling the anticheat, and reinstalling the game, but nothing has worked so far. I do not have any software related to cheats on my computer so it is unclear what is triggering the response.
