Bought coins on PVZ GW2 months ago and stll haven't received them

I've bought several coin packs (close to $100 worth) for my kid on the PS4 version of PVZ GW2 back in late March 2019. None of the coin packs I purchased, either in game or thru PSN, gave me the coins. After contacting customer service, they expedited my claim over to the devs. It's been well over three months. Does it typically take this long to get the coins I purchased for my son or is this just absolute rubbish customer service on their end? On a different note, I had no problem getting the DLC I purchased for the game but for whatever reason,  I can't buy (and receive) any of the coin packs.
