Character levels not saving - very frustrating

Hello EA forums, I've had super commando on advanced for the few months now because everytime I get him to level 10 to get promoted to elite, I head back to backyard and his levels been reset to 6! Every time. It's really made me contemplate quitting this game because of the lack of support and numerous technical issues.
