Great white north gnome glitch - GW2

Trying to 100% the game on Xbox. Can't seem to collect the last gnome I need, the one in the cave in great white north. This is a gnown bug unfortunately, I've seen several other people with the same issue but no solutions. It's grayed out and shown as collected, but it doesn't appear in the room with the others, and I don't get the achievement. I've tried resetting my Xbox, switching teams, going into a private match, etc, but nothing that's been suggested has worked for me. Really hoping someone here has a solution, thank you.
