I am having problems connecting to the EA servers on my Xbox One X when I try opening PvZ GW2. It provides me a popup saying, "Connection to EA servers timed out. Please check your network connection and try again later." I did exactly as the instructions said and nothing has changed. For me, this happens every time I open GW2 (Although there is a rare chance that if I press "Ok," it will still connect me to EA servers regardless). For anyone having the same problem, please click "Me Too" so maybe a community manager will see this.

Hey there is a way you could connect to the ea servers by going in to the game and when it says press the menu button you dont press anything and you logout of youe acc and then log in with the game in the background then press menu it should work

having the same issue. i'll let it run for 30 mins sometimes and it still wont connect. the flower at the bottom spins the entire time. still nothing. the only support for the issue is a couple years old. but i cleared the cache by unplugging the Xbox One and i've restarted my router still will not connect. and EA ssems useless. try and create a case in the Help Center and it takes me to some Twitter area that shows their server is running, but that's it, no way to contact anyone or create the case. very frustrating

I've got the same exact problem. I finnaly let my kids start playing games and it worked for one week with no problems. Now it will not connect to the server.

It appears the latest patch is the culprit. Released 3/15/2023.Very frustrating.

That worked!
After the first timeout, I slammed all my buttons and triggers. Must be some sort of buffering issue. Fill the buffer and the system sends enough packets to make it work.
Odd at the least.

Confirming trigger spam method worked after the first time out. Will try it more. Very frustrating error.

Hello, I can no longer play pvz gw2, it keeps saying cant connect to ea servers, I've already emptied the cache, written support and done everything else possible

Hello I’ve been having this problem for the past couple of days, I’ve restarted my Wi-Fi and my Xbox, and I’ve also unplugged and uninstalled the game. I’m not sure what to do and I would appreciate the help.
