[EA app] PvZ GW2 won't launch, no error

I recently purchased PvZ GW2 on my PC and I played it for a few hours. Shut down my computer, and the next day it would no longer launch. It does not give me an error message or anything - just looks like it's going to start and nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling AMD drivers, clearing cache in EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and playing with antivirus disabled, among the other basic troubleshooting attempts. Nothing has worked. I have been through three different EA support chats and they referred me here after none of their workarounds were successful. I have been unable to find a solution that works in anything already posted. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    @AxolotlDom Thank you for attaching the file. This is what I found from the error report:

    The error "c0000409" typically points to a "stack buffer overflow" error on the PC. This error is caused when a program writes more data to a buffer located on the stack than what is allocated for that buffer.

    1. **Update your system:** Check for Windows Updates

    2. **System File Checker:** You can use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. Run the System File Checker tool

    3. **DISM:** Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) is a tool that can fix Windows corruption errors. Run the DISM Repair

    4. **Reinstall the affected applications:** Reinstall the EA app. Resinatll ALL Xbox apps.

    5. **Update Drivers:** Make sure all your device drivers are up-to-date.  Check for GPU updates

    Back up any important data before making major changes to your system. If the problems persist, you may want to consider contacting Microsoft Support
