EA scammed from my pvz garden warfare 2

I bought pvz garden warfare 2 from OFFICIAL SITE i bought it by paysafecard and then the site tells me that there was a problem with my payment BUT they still charged me 24 dolars and didnt even give me the game like WTF EA
