Please buff the electro citron. It does 3 damage. 3 DAMAGE for every shot!! 22 shots times 3 it's 66 damage. Assuming you don't miss. Not even enough to kill a scientists. I know you can charge it but then you can't miss, otherwise your dead. Also you can't go head to head with any zombie character. You have to shoot first, otherwise your dead. Please change it so it does 7.5 damage

I actually think he's fine where he's at now. Using an uncharged shot does do very little damage to the main target, but when the electricity forks out, the damage nearby enemies receive is much more significant with multiple hits.

Charged version should get higher arc damage than 10 (charged or not charged its 10, if its a crowd control weapon the crowd control feature should be charged/increased too, whats the point in charging if its not going to do increased charged damage to the whole crowd too? The electric element gets a charged shot and the ability to chain damage to other enemies. No buff is required.

He definitely does need a buff. faster charge up time and reload speed or for his non charge damage. the arch damage between enemies deals more damage than his regular shots

Was post about this and now I see im not the only one noticing it.Electro Citron is my fav citron but I always struggle during the garden ops or online matches. Each projectile is so small and feels so insignificant, 22 amno for small, cactus needles like projectiles with little damage and small splash damage.The "but its an electric variant, it arcs across zombies" doesnt help much because its already dificult to hit one, and when one gets hit the damage is still ridiculous.And it has a charged option, yes, but the size of the charged projectile is still so small one can easily miss and waste half the amno. The size of the explosion of the charged version is also barely different from the non charged version, it still has a small splash ratius.Electro brainz has a pretty powerful beam that has electric acs too, electric peashooter does less damage but the electric splash size is giant + has electric arcsElectro citron just gets a future cactus-like projectiles with little splash damage, 3/5 damage per shot, and with just 22 ammo you HAVE to charge to level 3 or else you're wasting ammo and time.There has to be a way to make him better.Instead of cactus projectiles why not a whole laser like super brainz and all other citron variants? or if you want to keep the cactus projectiles but make them bigger so you cant miss that easily and with bigger splash specially for charged version, like smaller versions of electric peas. Rigth now its just one bigger future cactus, with more health and weak projectiles

But the usual citron laser can keep close range threats under pressure and EMPeach can stun them for a chance to get some distance and keep damaging them with laser
Plus since he's meant to be supporting other characters, others can help dealing with close range problems while the laser keeps doing decent damage.

With this one it just feels like wasting the entire ammo in normal shots won't help, while you're there absorbing damage for the team having to charge up to level 2 for normal damage and level 3 for significative one to 1 single target (since the electric arcs don't change at all in a charhed level 3) doesn't help much.
To use electric arcs correctly you need multiple shots, and the current normal ones can't do the job

I do not care about Support or pressure I care about getting rid of the enemy and winning if a chracter cannot do reliable damage they cannot do so and are useless and no amount of Healing, CC, or "Tanking" will ever change that. The Plants have so many more weaknesses compared to the Zombies and the gap is getting bigger and most of the Zombies are not limited to their "roles" unlike the Plants who are dictated by them. The Scientist is a Support yet he has one of the highest damage outputs in the game so the Support argument is invalid.

That's a different subject, that should be discussed in a different post focused on plants and zombies roles/weaknesses/buffs in general
Right now this one is about Electro being below all others, if the Citrons need that buff you talk about (I don't think they need it that much) then Electro needs it twice to become balanced.

Just making each normal proj 8/9 damage would already save electro and the plants he's protecting from being steamrolled

I played Electro citron a little bit and i dont think he needs a damage buff just incase rate of fire to bring him in line with all the others. I think All ctirons are ment to be low health as he one of the hardest to kill in game which keeps them fine the way there are but im not two sure since i only got Electro unlcoked

What the heck with all the people that want citron to have a health nerf lol. He do his role as a tank pretty well. Peel shield is pretty much extra hp if used correctly and Em-Peach is a good way to deal some unavoidable damage if used well (as well as offering some counter options)

I would get why electro citron could get a buff but don't completely change how he work.

I actually fell like 6-8 damage at close range would be better. His main appeal is his charged shot after all. But his uncharged shot need a small buff to be somewhat useful against group but shouldn't be too strong.

I also thought about 6/7 when I saw the suggestion somewhere in this post, but since current damage is about 5, buffing to 6 wouldn't change much
Plus, since full auto power flower has 7 per proj, and this weapon it's not a full auto, thought could do the 8/9 damage.

That way it doesn't as much damage as the other non fa single proj weapons (some do 20+ (electric needles/bolts) since its a chargeable weapon too, and wouldn't do as little as full autos either
Although I don't understand why charging won't charge the electric arcs too, I can live with the current charged projs, just a buff on normal ones would be nice

The difference here is that power flower also don't have a charged shot. And is generally considered to be kinda "meh" compared to most sunflowers.

It do charge the arc damage, uncharged do a single 10 damage to a target close-by,while a half-charged shot do a 10-5 damage arc. Dunnos if a fully charged shot do even more though.

GhostKing1337, you're off your rocker. The problem with you isn't Citron, it's YOU. You need to play a class that fits your play-style, and because Citron isn't a vanquish machine, you want to buff him to make him one. He is a TANK/SUPPORT. You saying you don't care about him being a tank, you just want to kill people quickly, means you're clueless about what he was built for, and that you need to start playing something that better fits your play-style and stop trying to buff a class to do more damage when they are good as is.

Basically, it's like if you started playing the Cactus, and are now here lobbying for a hp increase because he just doesn't have enough hps to tank.....

He's not bad, he just requires more skill, I managed to reach top performers with him just the way he is, and don't forget he has upgrades

I want him to be more of a vanquish machine because most of the Zombies are designed to get vanquishes while some of the Plants are not. Also I do not want characters to be dictated by their role like the Cactus and Sunflower are. Oh and BTW I main Zombies I am trying to help the Plants out here I want them to be more of a threat.
