"FAILED TO RETRIEVE PATCH STATUS."

I played about 3 days ago for around 1 hour. Today I tried to log in to play with my girlfriend and the following error appeared: FAILED TO RETRIEVE PATCH STATUS.

I watched some videos and they say to press OK and then No, but in my case when I click OK it just tries to reconnect and the same message appears again.

I have already tried uninstalling PVZ GW2 and the EA app, restarted my PC, cleared the cache, verified the game files, and tried almost everything. Can someone please help me?
