Game progress of Plants vs Zombies 2 lost after update on iPad

Question

HiI have been playing Plants vs Zombies 2 since it was launched on iPad. Today, I started game after a few months. Game started updating itself, and after the update all the the progress was gone. I was connected to the game center but nothing seems to get back. I finished the tutorials, then I picked my ID. But I do not know how to get back my progress. I tried to restore my purchases, which it did. I cannot access the help option from the game.What should I do?

Maybe this link will help:PvZ2 account lost | EA Forums - 11954291I had the same thing happen, a right rigmarole to get through but I got hold of a lovely person through EA Chat and not only was my progress restored (plants, gems, etc), I didn't have to start all over again but was still in Jade League. It took about half an hour but they sorted it.Persist and you will get it sorted.
