Twice now while playing plants vs zombies heroes, out of the blue, the game refuses to progress past the initial loading screen. The first time I had this issue, it was resolved after several months when the game updated, but has since then reared it’s ugly head again. I’ve tried all suggestions given to me by support staff and they told me to take it here.
Hopefully I can get some help? Or someone can fix it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don’t have the list of all options I tried off the top of my head; it was based off of a link I was sent by support staff. However i can make a list of things I have tried.

the only thing on this page I didn’t try was a different device because I don’t have access to another device to try
Do you have enough storage for the app? Also I had this exact problem before but they somehow fixed it for me I just can't play with friends anymore i'm not sure what else you could do.
I have plenty of storage on my phone
the problem occurred for me before and was fixed with an update. But the game doesn’t update often so I can’t just rely on that solution if it is a recurring issue

It does happen every time I load the game and the solution sadly didn’t work.
I’m running out of ideas, so I will attach more threads that will help with a possible solution, which may sort this problem out. I suggest to everyone that has this issue to post it here on the forums here and action may be taken on this issue.

My other suggestion: reset specific phone settings that you are willing to reset. It could make a difference.
I would have suggested a different device, that most likely could have worked, but if you do not have access to a different one, then I suppose that is not an option.
I do appreciate all of the help, though none of it worked. I guess my only real course of “action” so to speak is to just hope the game gets updated.
