Glitch in pvz heroes

Wow this is so much more formal than on AO3 but anyways

I have encountered a glitch, on today's weekly event which is badmoon rising, when I got my 2nd card of the event it didn't load

It stayed at 1 and when I recycled it, it just disappeared in my inventory so please help me with this
