Gw1 Player crashing/disconnecting entire lobbies

I am so bloody fed up with people using crashing accounts in GW1 and crash the lobby the moment they join! Can someone do something about it! They're literally doing this for **bleep** and giggles. I know because I've spoken to a couple of them. There are still hundreds of active players in this game and you can still buy it, therefore you must have someone that can solve this issue and put permanent ban on their consoles! Bloody **bleep**!
