GW2 unable to login

This situation has been going on for two years.

Every time I try to connect to the server, it fails and says 'You have lost your connection to the EA Servers, you will be unable to access any online features until you reconnect'.

Occasionally, I manage to get into the game and move for a short while, but then it disconnects me within seconds.

I've tried many methods, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, using a gaming accelerator, etc., but nothing has worked.
