I cannot join or allow friends to join me to garden ops multiplayer AND backyard

I purchased the game 1 year ago and I was playing with my friends without addressing any issues and stopped playing untill today I opened the game and tryed to play in backyard with my friend and I couldnt join him neither he could. Later on another friend opened the game and could join my other friend but still he couldnt join me neither I. I have tryed a lot of fixes so far neither of them worked. If someone actually knows how to fix this issue I would be more than happy to get to know how.
