I can't play online in pvz heroes and idk what to do

I play pvz heroes I have been playing for 4 years and progressed a lot in the game but the only thing that is bothering me is that I can't play online  I am from algeria i tried changing to different countries but did not work

• if they can fix this bug  that's super great either they will or not 
• But for now is there any other way to fix this bug
