I just bought IDR 8.000 for 100.000 coins, but coins it still hasn't come in. Please help

I lost my 250000 coins that I bought
I bought them the I accidentally cancelled and I didn't get the coins but they took 2.49 from I tried restarting tried closing and opening the game nothing works
