I need help, please.

I bought the game, and when it asks me to enter an EA account, I do so. After following all the steps, it says they're going to send me a code. They send it, I enter it on my PS5, and I press continue, but nothing happens. I press it again and again, and still nothing happens. I don't know if the game is faulty or what's going on. Please help me.
