[INFO REQUEST] - Unable to promote characters

Platform: Xbox One

Arctic trooper and golf star are stuck at level 0 the arctic trooper being advanced and the golf star is elite, when arctic trooper should be specialist and golf star should be advanced, torchwood is unable to level up because he's at master when he should be a super elite.

Glitch/bug occurred at around 2PM UTC on Sunday May 14

Can't promote the scuba diver or sky trooper, I couldn't get my park ranger to promote and when it finally did it sent it to 0 and now is leveling backwards but I'll post about that on the other thread. My tombstones are gone for all three.

XBox1, Agent Peel. Each time I level Fire Pea it resets to Level 0. Very frustrating. My son and I have been working on leveling up others to see if those do same, not there yet. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

This is for my wife as she is having problems with a couple characters.

Rose and Sunflower
- Timestamp = Rose - 05/16/2017 3pm also with rose she went from elite level 1 to level 0 and the message on screen said she was level -5 now she went to level 1 again and it said level -4

This has been going on for a while now and it still hasn't been resolved. Please reset or fix these characters so that I may have a happy wife.

First happened a few weeks ago hasn't happened to any other characters only Scuba Soldier. Kept trying to promote would not promote now Stuck.

Update 17 May 16:57 BST. It is happening again now. Played as Fire Chomper came out of game Fire Chomper gone back down to the level it was on when turned the game on. Also rank gone back down. Game seems unplayable.

I am unsure now if I have put this on the right thread as there seems to be two different threads but the losing XP issue happens and then when you play again as the character that lost the XP and get them to Level 10 the can't promote issue happens. Can anyone help?

I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it hasn't changed anything
