Information on the “No Connection” Issue!
Hey PvZ Heroes Players, a lot of you have mentioned having connection issues, even when connected to Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, cellular network or whatnot. Well, I want to help you all with this - I really like this game and play it daily! I hope it gets more support in the future!
Anyway, regarding the issue itself, with the connection, I asked if you players wanted me to get in touch with EA Staff (I am able to do that). Well, I did so, as you stated, and I got some responses. I am not going to say exactly as the responses stated, but I will give you all the rundown. This is so far anyway. First of all, note that EA Staff are aware of the issue!
Basically, they seem to think that the connection issue is indeed caused by the most recent update, which would explain most of your issues. Thanks everyone by the way for alerting me it was most likely caused by the update - it is most likely the cause! I do not have the connection issue but I have not yet updated my game so that would explain it (I am holding off for now). They also stated they will flag this issue to their respective teams. The issue is known and it will hopefully be dealt with soon.
After all, it is not fair if you are unable to play this game, is it?

- @TheSprinter85 Issue is sorted now. You should be able to access your PvZ Heroes games without any problems!
