Never Ending Match Bug

I queued into a match of ranked and was playing completely normal until my opponent was lagging/disconnecting. I can’t send the video clip but I was just sitting there for about 2 minutes. The red response bubble next to your opponent was flashing red constantly for 2 minutes. I assumed they disconnected but I just closed the app and re-opened and didn’t gain or lose elo. I sent an image of the time stamp where it’s just the red response bubble.
