Level 46 banned

I'm hoping a community manager can see this and possibly help out. One of my characters the sanitation expert was just cheated to level 46, and I can no longer load into the game without seeing "You have lost your connection to the EA servers" I have almost all characters unlocked and tons of mastered characters id really hate losing my account to some loser trying to ban me. The account name is Hevvss if you can help out or provide a solution please do :)
