Levels won't carry over between multiplayer and the backyard

So I've been playing a lot of Garden Warfare 2 on PC lately but only today have I ran into a big issue. When I gain levels on a certain character in multiplayer matches, the progress doesn't carry into the backyard. For example, I was Elite 7 at the beginning of the day on Mob Cob and got him to level 10 whilst playing on Zomburbia. When I returned to the Backyard however, Mob Cob was back at level 7, and all of the other characters I had played during my session such as Rock Pea, Z7 Imp, and Ice Citron. Is there any way for this issue to be fixed?

    Same with me, although if u customize them and reset your game, the levels usually comeback. Really weird.

    Been happening to many people recently including myself. I’ve tried many solutions but to no avail it will happen time and time again.

    Its a big server issue and hopefully it can be fixed soon because its quite miserable playing for a while just to lose hours worth of progress.
