Multiplayer double agent glitch

I'm referring to the glitch that some players exploit in order to be a zombie on the plants team or vice versa in multiplayer.

Yep the games playerbase is hanging on by a thread this is coming from a loyal pvz players group that are getting increasingly furious, after the major overpowered incidences a lot of players fled =/ now noob exploits are going around.

Someone on my team was doing this and I left the game.  My team or not, I don't play with cheaters. Hope they fix this soon!

I saw this in the mystery portal event tonight.

This has been such an annoying problem. Nearly every game of TT I've played lately has had at least one 'double agent'. I hope they fix this soon.

As someone who's been doing it since yesterday, i can tell how to reproduce the bug.

How i did it is really simple: as the map was loading, i spammed Y and as soon as i saw the character team switch screen, i changed to spamming A. I'm not sure if holding the left stick in the "right" position during the whole process helps or not but that's how i did it. This would require further testing to confirm.

It seems that by spamming Y and then A, your character is selected and your team switched before the team check for your character is done thus, you end up in the other team as the character you first selected.

This could be fixed by adding a timer or another team check before spawning the character on the map.
