[Old Repoort] Cant open gift packs

I seem to be having this problem too. It’s the same problem in the “Unable to open 62 gift packs in the sticker shop” thread. There is a way to fix it on pc, but as far as I’m concerned there is no fix on xbox or ps4.

When I try to open my 49 gifts in the sticker shop my game gets stuck on the flower loading icon and I am not able to leave. I either have to restart the game or wait for the server to kick me for going idle. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing seem to work. I’m playing on xbox one.

@killertacos112 @jdhh556 Can you try clearing out the Xbox's persistent storage and Alternate MAC address and see if you still have loading issues?

Persistent Storage 

1. Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 

Alternate Mac: 

1. Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
2. Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
3. Select restart

@jdhh556 Thank you for trying, can you see if Removing then Readding The Gamer Tag to the console allows you to access your gifts?
