[Old Report] Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Cannot Connect To Servers Error

I can assure you that you have not been "banned" if this is your first time playing the game. Nobody "bans" random new players of the game, experienced players are usually the ones who get "banned". You couldn't have been banned anyway because you've never engaged with the games' multiplayer for someone to notice you and "ban" you. There is no ban pop-up either because these "bans" are not official bans from EA, they can be caused by anyone who knows how to do it.

This is more likely because of some other technical issue. It might help if you attach a DxDiag of your computer to the forum to see if there's something to do with your computer that makes the game crash, but it could be something else.

today i was able to connect to servers and it was just fine untill i got into a turf takeover lobby and halfway through playing it, the server just died and i kept getting put into loading screens unable to load in a infinite loop, i alt f4 to reset my game and now i cant connect into any servers it just says failed to find server. before this i would connect to games instanly untill this bug or glitch idk

I will launch GW2 and it will load all the way in the Backyard Battleground, after spawning the game will work for a couple of minutes until closing the whole game no error message or anything, it doesn't matter what team I'm on it will crash, I've tried turning my graphics to the lowest it can go and it still crashes. Note: Each time it crashed I had a friend in my lobby, but I haven't tried playing single player so I don't know if it would make a difference.

Same thing is happening to me, too. I don't think it's your fault, I also think the pinned forum post discusses this. From what I'm aware of, this has been happening for a month on NA and Asian servers. Though, this only started happening to me yesterday. If you keep trying to move into the portal, you should be able to get into one after a couple of attempts. However, the lag is absolutely horrendous.

I can't login my PvZ GW1 account.

When i login my old account, i cannot login the game and then crashed, stuck loading screen, cannot close the window must the restart the PC
Last time i bought with new account try login, and the no problem at all.
Last time when logged out new account, i try login old account but didn't work. The problem is my account was suspend or ban, but i did not used cheat after all.
Help me, how to fixed it? Very frustated

I am also getting this problem with PVZ-GW 1

Before I say what I can say, I have pretty much done all the troubleshooting I've seen here AND through three different EA Help support cases AND have re-installed BOTH the EA App and the game itself through Steam MULTIPLE TIMES. supposedly NA servers were back online since Tuesday, up until Thursday did I receive the usual connection error. I was told firstly that it was due to an account issue, that has been resolved now, making my email here and on Steam the same email for my purchase and playtime. I don't believe this is an account issue told to me by support however because it's still giving me that "Cannot Connect to EA servers" pop-up time and time again and I'm just at a loss at how unfixable this problem has become; I'd much rather just start over my progress on a new account if it means I get to play again at this point. not the first time I had to start over thanks to origin locking me out of my old account long ago.
