Pack missing contents

I accidentally bought the smash pack so to try and save my gems I closed the game and opened it again. It updated twice in the loading screens Nd then I noticed my gems were gone and no new zombies from the pack???

lost progress bug?
I was playing a level, close the app and when I opened it again my progress was lost. I was at adventure 2 Day level 7 or so, and now I'm in adventure 1, lost Zen garden and everything.

i cant seem to log in and / or save my progress on pvz heroes
no seriously i really cant do anything on how i can properly link my pvz data with my account with feeling the dread of having to delete it and make space for an update of another game

PVZ GW1 - can't get onto Gardens and Graveyards
It won't even load the lobby? GW1 has been very glitchy recently. Frequently crashing out when playing either team vanquish or gardens and graveyards

Any one else experience issues when trying to play with friends on pvz heros. Some me and my boyfriend try and we have issues we are both on but with says we are both away or one or the other is away...
