Exactly as the title says. I can move my camera left or right just fine but not up or down. As soon as I load into the game it forces the camera as high as it can go and stays there regardless of my mouses movement (https://imgur.com/a/Yjk84jw). Inverting the controls forces the camera down instead but I still can't move it vertically (https://imgur.com/a/jNRQpzJ).-Things I have tried to no avail:Restarting my PCRepairing the game through the built in origin featureUninstalling the game and reinstalling it.Turning off Discord and Origin in-game overlays (I don't have the Nvidia overlay).An Xbox One controller works for playing but its not how I want to play.Switching the USB ports of my mouse.Updating the drivers of my USB mouse.Tried with a Bluetooth mouse and another USB mouse.Resetting the controls to default.Using keys in place of mouse for camera movement (Ex: "I" looks up, "k" looks down).Using scroll wheel as camera movement.*I have seen a couple other questions like this on here but none of them have been solved or have helped me solve the issue.*

I changed my mouse, as well as my computer mouse settings. Nothing has worked so far. This bug/glitch has prohibited me from playing the game at all, which is really bumming me out.

Hey @Ostrich014 That's odd, sorry to hear about this. Have you tried changing your Keybindings for your "Look Up / Look Down" features? Also, do you have the Origin in-game Overlay disabled in the Origin Launcher? If you're using Discord at all, I would recommend disabling that Overlay as well in your Discord Settings. @Ostrich014 You restarted the computer? Do you have other interface devices connected to the PC? (Controller, drawing tablets and so on) If yes > disconnect > reboot > test.

I have been having this issue since launch as well. I had tried all the solutions suggested here, and none of them worked

@Ostrich014 @Duccsucc007 Did you tried a different USB port for the mouse? Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click PvZ BfN > Repair) If that also don't helps preform a clean boot, shut down Afterburner and Rivatuner if you have it installed and test the Game in clean boot mode.

(PC) Cannot look up or down with a mouse.

Thank you for the post, that's a strange one alright. Can you try disconnecting all inputs for your system, and then restart with a Clean Boot, and see if anything changes?

That's odd, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried changing your Keybindings for your "Look Up / Look Down" features?

I have nothing connected, and no overlays. The game just wants me to stare at the floor for some reason.

Do you both have a wireless Xbox One controller your PC could be syncing to? There's a bluetooth setting on Windows 10 so I'm not sure if maybe that's picking up something to register as your controls.

None of the solutions have worked in fixing my game. I think it's a bug with the game itself. Still hasn't been fixed after a long time.
