[PC] Performance Issues Relating to PvZ GW2

Hi, I got an issue with pvz gw1, so I was playing as always without problems, and on next start up game just freezes with logo in right corner, I've trying everything. Reinstalling game, ea app etc. still nothing. Please someone help me

When opening bfn/gw2 it loads normaly but after the loading part it goes into a tab and tryed to fullscreen itself but it doesn't work. The video is also all black but the game is running in the background? I knwo this because I hear myself shooting and walking around in the game but can't see anything. 

All of this started when I downloaded fallout 4. I teyed searching what the problem is but with no luck. 

I tryed uninstalling the games and reintaling them but it doenst work. I tryed repairing the games on the EA app but for some reason there's no option to repair them.

I know that my laptop can run the games because it ran bfn perfectly before fallout 4.

Hello, I'm a veteran player of this game, with more than 1'000 hours of playtime already, and never encounter critical issues before.

Unfortunately, since last week, I'm unable to join a multiplayer mode. I can play normally all the single player game mode, but every time I tried to join a public online match, both garden ops and competitive multiplayer, my game crashed instantly without a single error message after around 10 seconds.

I already tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall the game, the EA app and the EA anti cheat software but the problem remains.

I see some similar issue post on PvZ GW reddit, but with zero answers. Here, it seems that nobody have encounter this specific problem already, so I'have decided to write this post.

I'm the only one with this problem? And someone have a solution?

I just got Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and Battle for Neighborville on Steam through EA Play. Unfortunately, when I try to launch and after EA anticheat loaded both games would often switch between windowed and fullscreen before settling on windowed with a black screen. I could hear sound from the game and cursor changed, but the screen is still black. I would appreciate some help with this issue, please.

when i try to open pvz gw2 i get the error message shown in the file i attached 

so i went to the file and try to delete it  but when i reopen the game it comes back

i undownloaded the game and restarted my pc and it still was there

so i went to support they said go to documents and go to the electronic arts folder and open the pvz gw2 folder but the pvz gw2 folder wasnt inside of it and he said find a mod folder but it wouldnt show it only shows Screenshots - settings - Temp t

then the person helping said post this on here and his team will look further into it

i wanted to play the game after a long time, but it wouldnt launch. i tried multiple different things but nothing worked, so then i decided to go messing around in the files. i removed the ea-anticheat.exe from the files and the game launched, but crashed when trying to connect to server. so i now know why it wont launch but i cant fix it. if somebody can find answers, please i kinda want to play it again.

So essentially I downloaded the game yesterday, go to launch it, the anticheat loads, closes, aaaaand nothing. steam says it isnt running, same with ea app. I am 95% sure that it is the anti cheat causing this, because when I launch with the anticheat files deleted, the game launches fine but stops at the main loading screen, which I assume is because the anticheat is off. I have tried the following solutions

• restarting
• verifying files
• reinstalling
• reinstalling ea app
• deleting cache and temp files
• deleting ea license files
• the "cryptbase.dll" I couldn't find, even with search bar.
• installing manually all of the _installer files
• installing the 2013 C++ distributable

any help would be appreciated

There are multiple reports of GW2 having performance issues with the PC. As there are many different issues being reported, we need to get some info from you.

Can you attach a DxDiag?

With support being limited, troubleshooting will also have its limits to what can be done.
