Hey everyone. A hacker bricked my PvZ: BfN account on PC. All of my stats are super high now, and I have trouble even loading into the game, and I cannot join multiplayer. I am stuck on this blue loading screen when I even try to go into the game, won't even let me into the backyard (Giddy Park), and then goes back to the "connecting to the ea server "page. This “glitch” is the tool hackers have been using stats exploits similar to what has been happening in PVZ Garden Warfare 2. Player levels are being manipulated by hackers to a value that prevents the player from entering the game. Apparently EA developers have been on this and they solved affected people in PVZ GW2, but other people have been banned like me in BFN. Can you tell the team that is trying to “fix” the PvZ GW2 maxed out characters problem to fix people in PVZ Bfn as well? As I said, anyone who has the tool can hack anyone they like via Cheat Engine. I have seen reports of a similar occurrence as of yet, and I hope the unban waves you do in GW2 can apply to Bfn as well. Thank you in advance.

Update: It appears that my characters levels and ranks reset to Recruit level 10 every time I start up the game. I still have access to all my upgrades as long as I don't attempt to promote said character(s), but they do nevertheless instantly ""level up"" from recruit 1 to 10 every time I gain any instance of XP after every reboot.

@Theonze Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way to fix your account if it has been bricked by the exploit. However, you can try some of these possible solutions:

Reinstall the game. Some players have reported that reinstalling the game may fix the issue, but this is not confirmed.
Change your username. Another possible workaround is to change your username on Origin or Steam, depending on where you bought the game. This may prevent the cheaters from targeting your account again.
Play on a different platform. If you have access to a console version of the game, you can try playing on that instead of PC. The exploit does not seem to affect console players, so you may be able to enjoy the game without worrying about being banned.
Wait for a patch. The developers are aware of the exploit and are working on a fix. They have not given a specific date for when the patch will be released, but they have assured the players that they are taking the issue seriously. @EA_Shepard Thanks for your attention, but before I report my information, I want to report a serious bug about the Frostbite engine, which you use to produce shooting games.
We know you use a hidden personal ID (PSD) to identify and read player's account archives and information. Normally, we cannot see it; we only see the player's username in EA, but hackers can see the player's hidden personal ID (PSD) with the CE memory viewer. And they will modify their PSD and username to someone else's in the game, and then refresh the game so they can view other player's accounts and modify other player's game data.
This is a very serious issue because we cannot tolerate other people to view our account and modify our game data. Please share this information with the EA programmers and ask them to fix this bug; otherwise, there will still be other people who will suffer from this issue endlessly, and we will have to report them again and again.
