Hello can someone help please, tried contacting ea no one picks up the phone, tried playing the game for a few days now, but cannot connect to server, tried rebooting xbox 360, rebooted modem router, cleared cache, cleaned disk unplugged cables rebooted same **bleep**, nothing.
keep getting connecting to ea server- fail check internet connection try again.
I know its not my internet.
Anyone else have this problem, or knows a solution.
This is just from the boot flow? Did you try any other method of contacting Customer Service? http://help.ea.com/
What region are you in?
got in contact yesterday said will send email on fix, still waiting and starting to get realy upset when game came out everything worked fine, no need to try this or this to play, just put in the disk and off you went, the way it should be.
now everyday trying to connect, waiting for an email with solution, Getting to a point that i will not try to play and probably stay away from these type of games from ea.
I know of a few friends and they have the same bloody problem, so its not my xbox not my modem/router not my service provider.
I'm also having the same issue, only it's on my Xbox one... I've tried ALL day to play this game, and all I get is an EA connection error... What's going on?? - I'm in US, Oregon. Our internet works just fine, obviously, or I wouldn't be able to type this. We can watch Netflix, fine, Play online games, just fine. Everything Internet related works just fine... I've had nothing but issues with EA, and I love the games, but ALWAYS with the connection issue... I hope this get's fixed soon. I didn't get half the halloween stuff that was supposedly availiable...

Comprei o jogo acima mencionado e estava jogando normalmente, porem a partir do dia 23/03/2016, aparece a mensagem falha de conexão com o servidor da EA, se eu continuar jogando vou acabar perdendo meu salve game e minhas conquistas atuais, gostaria de saber porque deste erro neste jogo pois possuo outros jogos e os mesmos carregam normalmente.
