Logged in, had a couple of sticker packs waiting to be opened. After I opened them, my money went down. Then I looked at my plants, I'm missing my Sun Pharaoh flower and my Law pea shooter. I quit the game, they re-appeared. I tried playing a game, they disappeared again, now I can't get them back.Any money I earn randomly disappears. However I seem to be getting random sticker packs accumulating in the shop, but the items never show up. I've never seen so much go wrong. PLEASE FIX!

Hi there, sorry about this. You have the character in the stickerbook but cannot get him in game? Can you please make sure to enter a help ticket? If you do not get it resolved after that please send me a PM with your Origin info and Ill see if I can get someone to look into it. Please do make sure to enter help tickets so someone can look into your accounts please!

I'm also missing a character. I don't think I'm missing a pack thought. The character I'm missing is the dark energy flower.

My camo ranger from leveling up my foot soldier to 10 is missing. The stickerbook says I have collected all five stickers but because of the whole coin glitch, I can't access the character in a match. Is there a way to fix this?

Me and my boyfriend still have issues with money. We didn't retrieved our lost coins + he's missing character (it's in stickerbook, but can't be used) and we both lost some items from opened packs. Newly he's struggling with stuttering lag. Game stops and music starts repeating itself. Before this week issues started appearing, his game run just fine. We are both playing from Czech Republic.

Where can/should we file those tickets? I contacted EA (German support) two days ago and - even though the issue was already discussed here - my ticket got closed and I was sent a list of things to make sure it's not my computers fault. I would have answered again but I have to CALL support and the line seems always busy and I am not too eager to wait another 10mins and listen to your music.

Me too just everything dissapeared all my characters are gone and my coins, rainbow stars, stars, and items to cstomize them. Also when you play as the normal character body parts are missing and there guns are missing.
