I'm a lot more optimistic about lower end computers when it comes to running games than my friend Gorath.

The GMA X4500  (G43),  X4500HD (G45) has absolutely no chance at playing this game.  I would be in shock if it even launches the start menu.

Also you say Windows XP... this game requires a 64 bit OS.  XP did have a 64bit version but it was supported by about nothing and is pretty uncommon to find installed on any computer even back then.

This game cannot run anywhere close to correctly on an OLD, and very ordinary PC.  It requires a Gaming Class machine, which you do not have:

    Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare

Required: Internet connection required to install and play
        DVD-ROM: N/A
        OS: Windows 7/8 64bit
Video Card: NVIDIA 8800GT, AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5750
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.0 GHz
        Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c
        Compatible Memory: 4GB RAM
        DirectX: 10.0+
        Hard Drive: 15 GB
Input: Keyboard, Mouse or Dual Analog Gamepad

    Hi,

Just wondering how you went about getting a refund, as I can't seem to find a way to request one. When I go to the refund page (http://help.ea.com/en/refund/), I get a message saying that I don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now. But I'm having the same issue as others (my machine doesn't meet minimum requirements).

Any help on getting a refund, or at least a way forward to contact someone about getting a refund?

    Thanks.
