PS4 deluxe upgrade (This content cannot be selected at this time)

Hi,

I play GW2 on PS4 and i'm getting the following errors when trying to access anything on the store via the game.


For example when clicking on buy coins (sticker shop) or redeem code.

Because of this i was unable to buy the deluxe edition upgrade from inside the the game, so i bought via the psn store...

The purchase went fine and was complete.


But after I bought, the download didnt started and i didnt receive any of the bonus.

I've checked the mail inside the game and it is still offering me to buy the deluxe, but when I click I still get the attached error...

Is this a problem on the PSN or something related to me?

The character/rank import worked fine...

This is the first time I see this error, all my other games always worked normal, even with buying DLC.

I would really like to get my bonus from upgrading to the deluxe...

This is happening since i bought the game (2 days ago)

    Hey @Vinimon18

    I removed the screenshots as they had some personal info.

    On the forums I'm afraid it's not possible to help with this but if you contact one of our game advisers with the screenshot of the receipt you uploaded here they should be able to help with a new code that you can try to use to get the content.

    To contact an adviser please follow the steps below: 

    1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
    3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
    4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
    6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    Let me know how you get on.

    Hey @Vinimon18

    If you purchased it via the store it shouldn't make a difference, you should still get the content.

    When you've gone to the mailbox after buying it have you scrolled right to see if your content is there? This post explains more.

    Hi,


    Yes, I tried to access the mail box, it shows the option offering me to buy the deluxe upgrade and not to retrieve...

    If I press triangle it will try to open the ps store and show the attached error. "This content cannot be selected at this time"

    Also if I click on the options to buy more coins inside the sticker shop, it will try to connect to the ps store and then show the error "There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale"

    This is strange because the multiplayer and the other imports are working fine, just things related to the ps store...

    And all the other games are working fine, same for the psn/ ps store here...

    Please if you can send the bonus direct to my account, my psn is Vinimon18, attached is the prints proving that i bought the deluxe upgrade on this psn...

    Or if you have a solution, please help
