I purchased the 100,000 coins pack in Plants vs. Zombies over one week ago. The payment was successfully completed, but I still haven't received the coins in my game.

Could you please check what happened and help resolve this issue? I would appreciate it if you could either add the purchased coins to my account or issue a refund if the purchase cannot be completed.
