PVZ Heroes Event Card Daily Reward Bug

If you reach the 1200 tickets required to obtain one copy of an event card through the daily reward system. No event card is added to your card collection even though the event card counter goes up.

To explain in more detail I had 1190 tickets already collected, and then received 10 more tickets from the daily reward system; but after receiving these 10 tickets, my ticket amount was reset back to zero even though I was never given the weekly event card.

I’m only assuming this bug was caused by the daily reward system because I have never had this happen to me before through any other method of ticket acquisition. I have attached two photos to show how this bug appears in game.

Hopefully this bug gets resolved eventually because it is quite frustrating to just not receive the event card I worked for.
