Purchases don’t transfer?

I bought the “no add bundle” on my account and recently got a new phone when I downloaded the game and logged in my old purchases were not there and I’m wondering if there’s a way to restore my purchases or maybe be reimbursed? I’ve googled everything and messaged privately as well anyone know anything? Help would be appreciated :)
