PVZ GW 1 & 2 save error

It not working correct same problem for me gutted if they don't fix had unlocked everything on the game and still done quests every couple of days was 4 in the world but if don't get it fixed  soon to will drop down leaderboard.

I am experiencing the same issue on Xbox too.
"Failed to retrieve your saved data! "

How do you know you’re 4th? Is this on GW2? I’m so sad right now. Support for the issue is a joke! They phished for my personal information. It makes me wonder if the system is hacked!

Gw2 I Was before game stopped loading it only quests I'm 4 th in leaderboard but is something I have been doing for years new quests every couple of days so if goes on long will no doubt drop done leaderboard but playing game most important for us all hope they fix soon

Same problem here, both GW1 and 2 are failing, maybe its a massivee hacker attack or I duno but something for sure, I am relieved its not only me.
